Privacy & cookies.

Short version: there are no forms here, no cookies and no tracking. The only personal data is what any web server sees.

Who is responsible

This notice follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Italian privacy code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines, and Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法, PDPA). When we move to Taiwan in 2027, we will update it.

Server logs: IP address, browser, page requested, date and time. Purpose: to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Kept: kept by Netlify for a few days to a few weeks.

No cookies. This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising, no profiling, no social plugins or embedded videos, no Google Fonts (our fonts are served from this site, so your IP address is never sent to Google). That is why there is no cookie banner.
uvio-lang (localStorage, this site only): remembers the language you chose. Technical, needs no consent, stays until you clear your browser data.
nl-hud:public:v1 (localStorage): only if you hide the small "Netlify" badge shown by our host; it remembers that choice for 7 days. Technical, needs no consent.
Links to Instagram, LINE or other sites take you away from this site: from there, their own privacy policies apply.

They act on our instructions or, for LINE and Instagram, under their own terms. We never sell your data and share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.

Your data is used in Italy and, from 2027, in Taiwan; it is stored on servers in the USA. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We handle it electronically and by email, only ourselves. No automated decisions, no profiling.

You can ask to see your data and get a copy, to correct or complete it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format (GDPR arts. 15–22). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before. Under the PDPA (art. 3) you can ask to review, copy, supplement or correct your data, to stop its collection, processing or use, and to delete it.
Write to info@uvio.tw. We reply within 15 days to requests to see or copy your data and within 30 days to the others.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work. In Taiwan, with the Personal Data Protection Commission (個人資料保護委員會).

隱私權政策

簡單說：這裡沒有表單、沒有 Cookie，也沒有追蹤。唯一的個人資料是所有網站伺服器都會看到的連線資訊。

本政策依據歐盟《一般資料保護規則》（GDPR）、義大利個資法與義大利個資保護局的 Cookie 指引，以及台灣《個人資料保護法》。我們預計 2027 年搬到台灣，屆時會更新本政策。

伺服器紀錄：IP 位址、瀏覽器、瀏覽的頁面、日期與時間。目的：為了提供網站並維護安全。法律依據：正當利益（GDPR 第 6 條第 1 項 f 款）。保存期間：由 Netlify 保存數天至數週。

不使用 Cookie。本網站完全不設定 Cookie：沒有廣告、沒有個人化分析、沒有社群外掛或嵌入影片，也不使用 Google Fonts（字型由本網站直接提供，你的 IP 位址不會傳給 Google）。因此本網站沒有 Cookie 橫幅。
uvio-lang（localStorage，僅限本網站）：記住你選擇的語言。屬於技術性用途，不需同意，直到你清除瀏覽器資料。
nl-hud:public:v1（localStorage）：僅在你隱藏主機商 Netlify 的小標誌時使用，記住這個選擇 7 天。屬於技術性用途，不需同意。
前往 Instagram、LINE 或其他網站的連結會離開本網站，之後適用該網站自己的隱私權政策。

你的資料在義大利使用，2027 年起也在台灣使用；資料存放於美國的伺服器。傳輸至美國依據歐盟—美國資料隱私框架（服務商已認證者），否則依歐盟執委會標準契約條款。
我們以電子方式及電子郵件處理，只有我們本人經手。沒有自動化決策，也沒有個人化分析。

你可以請求查閱並取得資料副本、更正或補充、刪除、限制處理或提出異議，以及取得可攜格式的資料（GDPR 第 15–22 條）。若我們依據你的同意處理資料，你可以隨時撤回，不影響撤回前的處理。依個資法第 3 條，你可以請求查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理或利用，以及刪除。
請寫信至 info@uvio.tw。查詢、閱覽或複製的請求在 15 天內回覆，其他請求在 30 天內回覆。
你也可以向義大利個資保護局（Garante per la protezione dei dati personali，garanteprivacy.it）或你所在歐盟國家的主管機關申訴；在台灣，可向個人資料保護委員會申訴。
